I imagine many less motivated consumers just gave up on the troubleshooting odyssey and shelved it. If the program worked as advertised on Win 10, I'd probably buy a couple hundred of DLC during the summer sale. With DLC's being released constantly and many of the tracks being of 'questionable' quality / desirability - Ubi's energy would be better spent on updating the program itself before releasing additional DLC.
